How to Order Our Products
To ensure accurate order processing and compliance with licensing requirements, please follow the steps below to prepare your order information:
Step 1: Registration & Quotation
Please register as a member on our website to submit a quotation request.
- King-May Products: The system provides instant quotations for your quick reference.
- Non-King-May Products: To verify availability and specific requirements, these items require a manual review by our team. We will respond via email with the final quotation as soon as the review is complete.
- Mixed Product Orders: If your quotation request includes both King-May and non-King-May products, the entire request will require manual review. Instant quotation will not be available in this case.
Step 2: Confirmation & Submission
Once you have confirmed that the quotation details are correct, please notify us to proceed further. Email: info@edgecs.org.
⚠️ Additional Requirements for King-May Products
If you are ordering King-May products, please provide the following supporting documents based on your situation:
A. First-time Purchase
- Mandatory Attachment: A copy of your User Certificate.
- If the certificate is unavailable: Please provide your [Registration No.] and [Registered Email with King-May] in your email.
- If both are unavailable: Please contact King-May directly via email (sales@king-may.com.cn) to retrieve your records before we can proceed with your order.
B. When Purchasing a “Kit”
How to Obtain: This form is not available for public download. The form will be sent to you via email once we receive an organizational email order for any kit.
Individual Purchase: No purchase agreement form is required.
Organization Purchase: An [Institutional Purchase Agreement] must be submitted.
Submission: The original physical copy of this form must be mailed to our office: Unit 601, 6/F, Pan Asia Centre, 137 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong. To expedite the process, please email a scanned copy of the completed form to info@edgecs.org for pre-review before mailing the original.

- 京美 (King-May) 品牌產品： 系統將提供即時報價，方便您快速查詢。
- 非京美 (Non-King-May) 品牌產品： 由於涉及供應情況確認，此類產品需要工作人員進行手動審核。我們將在完成核實後，儘快透過電郵向您提供最終報價。
- 混合產品訂單：若您的報價單中同時包含京美及非京美產品，全份報價單將交由工作人員進行人工審核，無法提供即時報價，敬請留意。
第二步：確認報價並提交訂購資料
當您確認報價內容無誤後，請通知我們以作進一步處理。電郵地址：info@edgecs.org。
⚠️ 京美 (King-May) 產品額外要求
若您訂購的是京美產品，請根據您的情況提供相關證明：
A. 首次購買產品時
- 必須附上： 用家證書副本。
- 如無法提供證書： 請在郵件中填寫【註冊用家編號】及【在京美登記之電郵】。
- 如兩者皆無法提供： 請先自行聯絡京美（電郵：sales@king-may.com.cn）查詢相關紀錄，以便我們繼續處理您的訂購。
B. 選購 Kit 套裝時
- 以「個人」名義購買： 無需提供協議表格。
- 以「機構」名義購買： 必須提交**【機構訂購協議表格】**。
- 註：遞交方式： 此表格需郵寄正本至本公司（地址：觀塘偉業街137號泛亞中心6樓601室）。為了加快處理速度，請在寄出正本前，先將填妥的表格電郵副本至 info@edgecs.org 進行預審。
- 註：如何索取： 此表格不設網上公開下載。當我們收到機構發出訂購任何 Kit 套裝的電郵後，我們將會把表格電郵發送給您。
