How to Order Our Products

To ensure accurate processing and compliance with licensing requirements, please use the template below to prepare your order details. Once you have gathered the required documents, please email them to our order processing team.

2. Ordering Requirements & Attachments

Please provide the necessary documents based on your purchase type:

First-time Purchase1. Please attach a copy of your User Certificate.
2. If the certificate is unavailable, please provide your [Registered User ID] and [Registered Email with King-May].
Purchasing a “Kit”The [Institutional Purchase Agreement] form must be completed and attached.
Accessories Only (Scoring Asst. / Protocol)No certificate or agreement is required. Simply provide your Registered User ID in the section above.

If you cannot provide a User Certificate or a Registered User ID, please contact  King-May directly to retrieve your records before submitting this order.

首次購買產品1. 請附上用家證書副本。
2. 如無法提供證書，請提供**【註冊用家編號】及【在 京美 登記之電郵】**。
選購 Kit 套裝必須附上填妥的**【機構訂購協議表格】**。
選購附件 (Scoring Asst./Protocol)無需提供證書或協議，只需於上方填寫**註冊用家編號**。

若您無法提供「用家證書」或「註冊用家編號」，請先自行聯絡  京美  查詢相關紀錄，以便我們繼續處理您的訂購。
